"This office will flat out lie to your face. 2 months ago I went to the office and added my 16 yr old Driver to our policy and she completed the steer clear app which lowered our monthly cost. I purposely asked when she is added to the policy full time from the permit are you going to throw in some bullshit policy change fee on top of the monthly payment. The lady said NO. The only reason I asked is I found out how state farm reaches into your pocket when I added another vehicle to the policy they hit me for $160 over a 3 month period. So in the end, anytime they have to do a few minutes of pushing keys on the computer their gonna make you pay extra for it."
