"My family has been with State Farm for many years. With my recent car purchase, it was time for me to have my own individual policy. Matt has made the entire process incredibly smooth! He took the time to explain the different levels of coverage in a way that was thorough and easy to understand, and walked me through several quotes, so I could weigh all my options and choose a policy the best fit my needs. He also made sure to mention any savings I could be eligible for at the time, and very easily got my husband and I set up with a renter’s insurance policy as well. He has been extremely patient and informative, which really helped me feel confident in my decisions regarding coverage! Matt has been very responsive to all my questions (and there were a lot) and is genuinely easy to work with. I know getting this policy in place had a lot of moving parts, and he made it happen very quickly and with great care. I am so glad I stayed on with Chuck Carnahan State Farm!"

"I stopped in at the State Farm insurance office of Chuck Carnahan yesterday and met with Matt. He helped us review our current auto and homeowners insurance that we had with another company. I was amazed at the savings. Matt was a great agent and explained everything and helped us improve some of our coverage and still saved me about $120.00 a month. "I'm new to Waynesburg but not new to St Farm. I've been with SF for 47 years. When I came to PA , Jackie at Chuck Carnahan's office has been very helpful and very informative. She knows her stuff. I also like the text to your phone as I'm hearing impaired and it makes it much easier to communicate for me. I've dealt with agents before that do not follow through with what was agreed on policy wise, but Jackie has done everything right then and there and I have NO complaints. I highly recommend Chuck Carnahan's office for all your needs. If Jackie is so attentive to her customers, then I'm sure the other agents are a well. 5 stars 🌟 for Jackie!"
